Depression

Depression can rob you of joy, energy, and motivation, leaving you feeling hopeless or disconnected from the life you once loved. It can feel like you're carrying a heavy weight, unsure how to move forward. We work with you to explore the deeper emotional and psychological factors contributing to your depression, while helping you rediscover a sense of purpose, meaning, and self-compassion.

Trauma Treatment

Trauma often disrupts our sense of control, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain. It may also lead to patterns of avoidance, self-destructive behaviors, or difficulty with relationships. Healing from trauma involves more than just “moving on”—it requires a compassionate and in-depth exploration of the emotional, mental, and physical impact it has had on your life. Our therapists offer a safe, supportive space where you can process painful experiences at your own pace, without judgment.

Anxiety

Anxiety often shows up as persistent worry, physical tension, racing thoughts, or a sense of dread that can make even the simplest tasks feel insurmountable. It can leave you feeling disconnected from the present moment and paralyzed by fear. Through therapy, we help you uncover the underlying causes of your anxiety, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies to navigate stress and uncertainty.

Low Self Esteem

Low self-esteem often arises from past experiences, negative self-talk, or internalized criticism. Over time, these patterns can create a cycle of self-rejection, where you focus more on your flaws than your strengths. Our therapists work with you to uncover the roots of these beliefs, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Attachment Trauma

Our early experiences of primary relationships can shape the way we feel about ourselves, and others. If your early relational experiences were inconsistent, unsafe, or dysfunctional, that can leave a deep imprint that follows you out of childhood and into your adult relationships. We can help you understand how your attachment history impacts you, and learn how to create secure and healthy attachments in the present.

Experiential Therapy

Experiential therapy is an umbrella term for any kind of therapy that brings us into an experience instead of talking about the experience. That means we’re processing it from the inside and embodying these things as we work through them, instead of talking about them from an outside, analytic perspective. It’s often a subtle shift, but a really powerful one.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic Therapy is a holistic, body-centred approach to healing that recognizes the deep connection between the mind and the body. In this form of therapy, we work with physical sensations, postures, movements, and the body's subtle cues to help you release emotional and psychological stress that may be stored in the body.

Anger

Anger often stems from deeper emotional issues, such as unresolved hurt, stress, fear, or feelings of powerlessness. When left unchecked, it can cloud your judgment, create conflict, and lead to feelings of shame or regret. Through therapy, we help you identify the root causes of your anger, uncover underlying emotional triggers, and teach you healthier ways to express and process these powerful emotions.

Coherence Therapy

Coherence therapy is based on the neuroscientific research of memory reconsolidation, which is a process that happens in the brain that enables deep transformational changes. It is an experiential therapeutic modality that helps people shift, transform, and update deeply held core beliefs and helps with a range of problem patterns.

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy is an innovative, transformative approach to mental health and emotional healing that focuses on understanding and harmonizing the different "parts" of your inner self. Developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, IFS helps you explore the various aspects of your personality—each with its own beliefs, emotions, and needs—and learn to work with them in a compassionate and healing way
